lucid paddles are built to perform and built to last. If your paddle ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair it, replace it, or make it right. No games and no gimmicks. Just gear you can count on.

Warranty FAQ

What’s covered under warranty?
We cover any manufacturing or material defect that affects performance. This includes issues like structural failure, handle separation, or a loose edge guard.

What’s not covered under warranty?
Our warranty does not cover cosmetic wear or damage caused by misuse. This includes scratches, fading grip or grit, edge scuffs from play, paddle face chipping from drops or contact with other paddles, water damage, exposure to extreme heat, unauthorized modifications, third-party repairs, or lost or stolen paddles.

What does “lifetime” mean?
Lifetime refers to the functional life of the paddle. It does not mean forever, but it does mean we stand behind your paddle for as long as it should reasonably perform. If you care for your lucid paddle, it should last through years of regular play.

Do I need to register to activate the warranty?
No registration is required. Your paddle is automatically covered with your purchase. We recommend keeping your order confirmation or receipt to help us process any claims faster.

What if my paddle is no longer in stock?
If your model or color is no longer available, we will offer the closest equivalent in style, performance, and value. If no comparable option exists, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

What if it was a gift?
If your paddle was a gift and you don’t have the order number, just include the name of the person who purchased it and a clear photo of the paddle when submitting your claim. We’ll take it from there.

How long do claims take?
Most warranty claims are reviewed and resolved within 3 to 5 business days. During peak periods, it may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.
